Senior Record Book Scholarship
Senior Record Book Scholarship
4-H members, beginning their 12th grade or 13th year can submit their cumulative Record Books to be considered for $500 scholarships from Senior Leaders.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled 4-H member
- Must be starting their 12th grade or 13th year
- Must have completed at least 2 years of 4-H during high school
Required Documentation & Layout
- Record Books: Include records for all active 4-H years.
- Missing Years Option: If you are missing record books for specific years, substitute a 4-H Resume for those missing years.
- Order: Place the newest year’s records on top/front, followed by older years in reverse chronological order.
- Binding Method: Group all years together using one of the following:
- Single 3-ring binder(preferred)
- Accordion/Expanding File Organizer
- Stacked and secured with a large rubber band
