You can pick up a homeowners well water test bottle from the Sauk County Extension office Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Water Test Kits Information
The water test kits and sampling information is FREE at pick-up, with the entire cost paid when submitting your water sample to the lab.
Fill out required paperwork, collect sample according to directions, enclose payment and paperwork in the plastic bag that is provided. Tape and seal. Mail to lab address. It is time sensitive once the sample is collected.
